On-Call Per-Hour: |

Digerati will respond to either on site, remote desktop or extended phone support. Digerati will respond within one hour for emergency system or enterprise outages, or other mission critical system outages. All other non-emergencies will be addressed with 24 hrs of the call. |

$85 per hr for the first hr. $65.00 per 2nd hour. |
Network / Server and Enterprise Application Support: |

This labor rate covers servers, networking routers/switches and firewalls along with enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL, MAS90, and Windows operating systems. (Windows 2003/Windows 2008/ Linux) |
$85 per hr for the first hr. 65.00 per 2nd hour. |
Daily Onsite: |

Provides technical support for 2 hrs per day, 5 days a week – covers desktop, network / server, and enterprise application support. |

Short-Term Manning: |

A 40 hr block of onsite technical support that can augment in-house technical support personnel or provide technical support in the absence of in-house technical support personnel or for large projects – covers both desktop, network / server, and enterprise application support. |

A staffing option to replace your current IT staff – includes full-time IT support staff position, onsite at your location. The Digerati technician will be backed up by the complete Digerati staff, thus providing reliable full time staffing, without the overhead. |
